In exercise of tho powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 and sub-section (2) of Section 5 oftho Minimum Wages. Act; 1948 (Central Act 11 of 1948) and of all other powers hereunto enabling and after baying consu [ted wi th the State MIn im urn Wages Advi 50£)' Board. 1 he Governor 0 f Andhra Prude sh hereby fixes the min imu m rates of wages which shall consist of basic wage as specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended to this notification as payable to each category employees specified ih the corresponding entry in column (2) thereof and employed in the employment in "Garment and allied Manufacturing Industry" included in Part-l of'the Schedule 0{ Minimum Wages; Act, 1948 in the State of Andhra Pradesh as the same having been previously published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette No. ~ 8. Part-l Extraordinary dated, 31 st January; 2006 vide GO,RLNo. 57, Labour, Ernpl oym ent, Tra 1 n ing and Factories (Lab. Il) Department, dated 19th J anuary, 2006 and as rcqu ired by c kill :S~ (b) of

sub-section (1) or Section :5 ofthe said Act. .

2. The Minimum rates of wages so fixed shall come into force with effect from the Jute of publication of this

notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette,
