 MISSION STATEMENT

Our “Happy-Hour” event strives to help the local community of Seattle by partnering
with the Lifelong AIDS Alliance to raise money and awareness for the serious issue of
AIDS/HIV in the local community as well as at a national level.
 TASK LIST

Week One: Pick An Organization and a Venue

Week Two: Talk to Lifelong Aids Alliance and Kurrent Bar & Grill about hosting an
event

Week Three: Talk to Businesses to possibly donate to are event

Week Four: Come up with Flier ideas. Make a Face Book page

Week Five: Pick a band and a host

Week Six: Finalizing donation items, band and host

Week Seven: Print out fliers and send out reminders
