1. What are the things required to be done before filling the Online Application?

A. Read the full Advertisement carefully, all the other links provided on the main page, Print
the Application Proforma, fill it offline, then take the print-out of Pay-in-slip, remit the
Application Fee (wherever applicable) and click on "Apply" button.

2. Can I send payment of Application fee by Cash/IPO/DD/Bankers cheque?

A. No. Payment of Application fee will be through SBI pay-in-slip made available on the
portal. The same is to be printed and submitted only at nearest SBI branch. No other
mode/means of payment of application fee will be accepted.

3. Can a ME/M.Tech/M.Sc./MCA candidate eligible to apply?

A. No.

4. Can I change the examination centre, once opted?

A. No. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

5. How will the aggregate percentage of marks calculated in the qualifying examination?

A. If the University provides Percentage of Marks in Marks Memo the candidate can specify
the same by selecting %of Marks option and enter the Percentage as declared. Otherwise
select the Secured Marks/Total Marks option and enter the marks secured and total marks
for all the semesters/years.

6. Can the marks (aggregate) be rounded off to the next whole number?

A. No.

7. I am continuously facing some errors while applying ONLINE which prevents me from
completing the application. What can I do?

A. Be sure that you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 and above or Mozilla 3.5 and above.
Viruses in your system may be causing the problem. You may try through another system.
8. Can I mail or fax a paper copy of the application form?

A. No. Registered online application only is accepted. No other form of application will be
entertained.

9. How to pay the Application Fee?

A. Please take a print-out of SBI Pay-in-slip form provided as a link and pay the fee at the
Nearest SBI branch and then apply. Only the pay-in-slip provided in the portal is valid.

10. Whether SC/ST/PWD candidates are also required to pay Application fee?

A. No. They are exempted.

11. Which documents are to be submitted at the time of interview for shortlisted candidates?

A. The shortlisted candidates in the written test have to submit following list of documents:

1. On-line Application Form duly signed and affixed with recent passport size colour
photograph.
2. Photo copies / Attested copies of all Educational qualifications with Marks memo and
Experience certificates.
3. Photo copies / attested copy of Age proof as per Matriculation certificate.
4. Photo copies / attested copy of latest Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority
(For SC/ST/OBC categories).
5. Photo copies / attested copy of latest Physically Disability Certificate issued by
Competent Authority (For PWD category.
6. Copy of Hall Ticket duly attested by the Invigilator.
7. Copy of Interview call letter / Mail print out.

12. How do I know the status of my application while submitting the Online Form?

A. After submitting the application successfully, the system will generate a Confirmation
message with a system generated Application Serial Number. This itself is proof of your
application status. You may please note down this Application Serial Number, take a print
out of the same using the link of ‘reprint’ option or take a screen-print.

13. How can I print my Application if Printer is not available/ not working while applying on-
line?

A. Please note down the system generated Application Serial Number after applying through
On-line. You can take print-out of your 'Registered Online Application Form' at any time
by clicking on the 'Reprint the Application Form' from the link provided by entering your
Advertisement No, Post Name, Application Number and Date of Birth. This facility will be
available till the closing date of on-line application process. Hence, the candidates are
advised to take print-out of on-line application during this period only.
14. Whether e-mail ID is required?

A. Yes. The candidate should have valid e-mail ID. If not available, may be created for
applying on-line.

15. Is Application fee refundable?

A. No. It is non-refundable.
