make your case for your project you need to show that there is some gap
in the market. i.e. high demand for such services, less competition, etc.

Give the capital requirements for the project (how much it will cost) with a
rough breakdown of the costs.

Expected returns (profits) based on clear assumptions: profit margins,


revenues, number of sales

The product/service/business concept


Here you can give details on the product or service that you will be
providing. This can include an explanation of how exactly the concept
works and how the project will operate

Scope of the project


List of the major activities involved in your project

List of deliverables
Here you present what parts of your project will be delivered (completed)
and when (the dates)

Resource requirements
- Physical resources
List/description of materials/equipment that you will have to use in
your project

- Human resources
List of the staffing requirements for your project, what would be
their roles? If it’s a team-based project, how will you make the staff
work as a team?

- Financial resources
Budget (before the completion of the project), projected profit and
loss statement

Implementation plan
You need to present how you will make this project a reality by explaining
how you will carry out each and every phase of your project.
