    We are pleased to inform you that you have been absorbed into the regular rolls of the
    company on the following terms and conditions with effect from 11th January 2009
    after completion of your training.

    Designation Junior Executive


    Basic Salary Rs.4500/- per month.
    HRA Rs.1800/- per month.
    Conveyance Allowance Rs.800/- per month.
    Special Allowance Rs.3000/- per month.
    Children Education
    Rs.200/- (Rupees Two hundred only) per month.
    Allowance
    One month's basic pay for the full calendar year of service,
    Leave Travel Assistance subject to other conditions as outlined in the Company's LTA
    Scheme.

    Medical expenses on actual basic for self and family will be


    Medical Benefits reimbursed to you on the basic of claims made, duly supported by
    bills. To a max of one month's basic pay per year.

    You will be covered under our Group Personal Insurance Scheme


    Group Personal Insurance
    as per rules in force.

    You will observe the hours of work as applicable the unit to


    Hours of Work
    which you are attached. You may be required to work in shifts.
    Casual leave : 7 days per calendar year
    Sick leave : 7 days per calendar year
    Leave
    Privilege leave : 14 days per calendar year
    Accumulation / encashment of leave will be as per rules in force.
