Respected Sir,

It is stated that, I, Dr. Fouzia Iqbal, working as a Medical Officer(BPS-17) at National Institute
of Child Health(NICH), Karachi, want to take leave for the period of one year i.e. from
20thApril’10 to 20thApril’11, as, my husband has moved to Malaysia for higher studies. So I want
to go over there as well, as, no family accommodation is available for me in this city.

Kindly, grant me leave for the above mentioned period and oblidge.
