Where it will be useful in the process of recruitment?
Resume – Will have ample time to prepare and every time you will be making minor
changes
GD – need to present convincing skills and team building skills
Interview – need to present how you are going to be an asset to the organization.

2. Body Language
a. Eye Contact
i. No Staring
ii. Need to understand comfort zone of the listener
iii. In GD don’t stick to few have contact with all
iv. In Class room presentations have eye contact with the last
candidate in each direction.
b. Postures
i. Use the place available at the time of the presentation
ii. Be care full with sitting postures
c. Dress code
i. Men: Dark trousers with matching light color shirt. Belt and
shoes should of same colour. No or very less jewelry
ii. Woman: No gazing colours, low jewelry, Proper hand bag.
d. Expression
i. Pleasing face is required, should go with the content that we are
either receiving or delivering. Smiley face is not recommended
all the situations.
e. Voice
i. Should have modulation. People should understand the
difference among points.

a. Make it as simple and precise as possible and use the title of the
presentation in conclusion part
