This program has been designed keeping in mind the current trends in any industry. It covers few
basic topics which a person entering the HR field must know. It also shows the time required for
specific area and the result expected from the trainees after the completion of the module.

Performance Appraisal

Duration:2-3 days

Outcome: preparing guidelines for setting objectives, rating of employees, questioning


techniques for appraisals and measuring the performance.

Compensation Management

Duration: 2-3 days

Outcome: dealing with employees’ compensation and effective management of costs associated
with employees’ health problems.

Competency Mapping

Duration: 1-2 days

Outcome: identifying key skills required for a job and then incorporating those through various
processes.

Succession Planning

Duration:1 day

Outcome: skill of identifying, assessing and developing the staff to make sure that they fit in to
the key roles within the company.
