+ He is a man of positive attitude and is quite capable in respect of his work as a Support
Worker at Larkfield.
* Ihave no reason fo doubt his honesty and integrity.
+ He has been subject to a Criminal Records Bureau disclosure, which was satisfactory.
+ His absence during his period of employment has been minimal.
* Mr Keith is leaving to take up unrelated employment and | know of no reason why you should
