Remarks:
Overall the Physics portion of the paper (Paper 1)
Conceptual:
There were 4 questions of 4 ½ marks each, around 10 questions 0 3 marks each and 2 questions
of 1 ½ marks each.
Percentage of conceptual questions was only around 7%
Numericals & Problems :
Most of the paper was based on numericals & Problems. There were less direct formula based
questions, in many question two concepts have to be used in order to solve the problem.
Easy: Based on simple fundamental concepts or formulae.
Average: Direct formula based or conceptual.
Difficult: Students need to understand the question; Question may be a combination of two or
more concepts and its application.
Mixed: Includes difficult and average questions.
