As the bonus is given only to those who had made extra effort and significant contribution in organising the conference, it may create unwarranted disappointment and envy to those who are not entitled to it. Therefore, | would suggest the following procedure for the bonus payment: (a) The total bonus amount should be withdrawn in cash [ie., through a *cash' cheque) from our bank account in KFH. (b) The cash should then be distributed to those who are entitled to the bonus, based on the individual bonus amount. (c) Receipt of the cash bonus should be acknowledged in the attached forms.
