Ltd, Mumbai. On 03.01.11 as mentioned in offer letter, I also
confirm that based on my confirmation PMAM can confirm my
availability to their client.

I also understand the fact that failure to join will cause Revenue losses
to the company due to delayed release of the product and loss of
repute with Clients.

I hence thereby ascertain that I would make myself available to PMAM IT services Pvt.
Ltd on or before the date of joining and failure to do so would make me financially liable
of amount up to 20,000/-
