Project Akraman

• Study of voice & data product user’s perception about voice and data Services among the
Small and Medium Enterprises in Indore.
• AIRTEL mainly focused on the SME customers who pays the average monthly bill amount of
above Rs.20000/- and using competitor’s product through this study.
Objective of the Project

 Primary objective
• To convert the non Airtel users in to Airtel users whose billing is more than 20k.
 Secondary objective
• To penetrate the Airtel market as well as getting the better market share & revenue.
• To study how the customers of Broadband & Landline perceive the telecom services in Indore City.
• To understand the level of satisfaction of these small and medium enterprises with voice and data
product.
Research Design

• Descriptive research
• Sample size – 100 SME of Indore
• Data collected through questionnaire
• Research period – 45 days.
Data Analysis

Findings

• Quality of service, dedicated network, Brand image, safety and security of data while transmission played
very important role in selecting Airtel.

• Customers selected competitive product because of the FCV, offers, and safety of data.

• Speed, overall experience, after sales services of Airtel, perceived better.

• Overall satisfaction level of Airtel customers was much better than its competitors.
Scope

• To keep the existing customer and to build new customer.

• To increase the network and improve company-customer relationship.


Limitations

• Customer’s unawareness of the plans and benefits of the products.

• Biasness of respondents.
• Less attention of the customers due to lack of time.
Recommendations

• Improvement in customer service response.


• Provide information related to the plans available.
• Need more advertising for voice & data product.
• Company needs to update the plans using by customers as change takes place.
