Better than Andes Chocolate Bars

Sarah’s Birthday Cake This Year


Ingredients:
(Make Cake, then Topping & then Chocolate Frosting)

Cake:
• 1 x 16 oz can of Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup butter, softened
• 1 tsp. vanilla www.sara-vs-sarah.com
• 4 eggs, beaten separately
• 1 cup flour
• ½ tsp. salt
• ½ cup nuts (totally optional )
Mix all thoroughly; pour in 9 x 13 greased pan; bake @ 350°F for 30 minutes Let cool.
Topping: Chocolate Frosting:
•½ cup butter, softened •1 cup chocolate chips (or the Mint
•2 cups powdered sugar Chocolate Chips if you have them)
•3-5 TB of crème de menthe •5 TB butter
Mix all thoroughly and spread on top of Heat over low heat until melted and
cooled cake. blended; spread over top of the green layer.
