Guidelines for the BE Student Projects 1011 – (First Review)

The following guidelines are to be followed by the students for the first
review:

1. The schedule of the First review will be available in the Intranet.

2. Since making presentations using the Beamer package have been taught in
the class, all presentations need to be ONLY in LaTeX.
3. All the batches have to strictly adhere to the time and schedule.
4. Without any ambiguity each batch has to precisely present their problem dur-
ing the allotted time.
5. Proposed architecture in the form of block diagram need to be part of the
presentation.
6. A slide need to be added to bring out the exact schedule for the project.
7. The Supervisor’s presence is mandatory.
8. The report must be composed using LaTeX and the generated PDF file need
to be sent to be.projects@cse.ssn.edu.in.
9. Students must strictly use the template available in the Intranet for preparing
the report.
10. The last date for sending the Zeroth review report and the presentation is a
day before the scheduled date of presentation.
11. Approach the project coordinator if there are any problems. No excuses will
be permitted under any circumstances.
