A Christmas Art Exhibit

By Andrew Bryson
Dedicated to Alexis Travars
One winter’s day, Bryson took Alli to a special
exhibit at the art museum.
Inside, they were greeted with Art.
Polar Bear, Johan Janssen, ca. 1976
This extreme close-up of the bear’s fur illustrates
how large of a problem Global Warming and habitat
destruction is to the environment, and emphasizes
the purity of Nature.
Blizzard, parts I and II, Seiji Nakamura, 1880
The power of a storm can overwhelm, can destroy, and can
cleanse. Men are powerless against the potential of nature’s
wrath.
Blizzard encompasses both extremes of intense light and dark, as
the tempest can cover the world in white, or envelop it in black.
A Red Square, Bobby Dean, 2009
Defined by being unable to define. This brings art to its
most basic form, asking the viewers to question their
definition of beauty, truth, and reality. Being hung without a
frame shows you the limitless ability of the human mind.
Sold to exhibit for $23,000,000 in March, 2010
Their minds completely filled with awe at the masterpieces they just
witnessed, Bryson and Alli decide to honor these timeless pieces of
art by pounding Jaegerbombs at the local bar and yelling at the
Panthers for being so terrible.
The End

Merry Christmas, Alli!
