Subject: Council Staffs' Position in CSG and College Councils

Greetings of peace!

Any member of the Electoral Commission who holds any position in the CSG or their respective
councils must file a Leave of Absence for their position effective February 1, 2011 until March 5, 2011.
Such leave of Absence shall expire once the concerned member has written a proper notice to their
respective heads that he/she has reported back to office no earlier than the last day of the leave.

This is in giving due respect to the Commission as an INDEPENDENT BODY from any other offices
of the CSG and Council. Deputy Commissioners must take the responsibility in assuring that this
order shall take effect. Otherwise, any concerned individual who still holds any position after
February 1 in the CSG or Council shall be removed from the Commission.

A copy of the Leave of Absence received and signed by their respective heads must also be filed to
the Office of the Electoral Commission no later than a day after the date of effectivity of the leave of
absence.
