The manual registration for those interested on

being members of the Rizgolf Sports and


Marketing is inefficient due to the slowness and
fussiness because it requires tons of work. In
solution to these problems, we decided to create
an online membership registration for faster
signing up and more organized database to avoid
redundant data like disorganized and space
consuming files.
 General Objective
 To gain a better understanding of customers and
their buying behaviour and make registration quick
and easy for clients.
 Empower customers to take the first step towards a better
experience
 To get feedback on the product and services for future
enhancements.
 To make registration more convenient.
 To build a personalize relationship with the clients.
 Clients can register online.
 Clients can view and access their reward
points.
 The operations manager can monitor a portion
of sales that can be use in future studies.
 The administrator can also receive feedbacks
about the products.
 Internet connection is required.

 Cannot accommodate clients who are not
