Sautéed Cabbage

Serves 4

1 head Napa Cabbage, sliced


2 slices bacon
½ medium onion, sliced
1 Tbs. olive oil
Kosher salt and pepper

In a large pan, cook the bacon over medium heat. Remove and drain when crisp.

Add the onion to the hot oil and sauté until limp, then add the cabbage. Cook until the
cabbage is tender but still bright green, about 10 minutes (still over medium heat). Season
with salt and pepper, and crumble bacon over. Serve warm.
