Dear Sir / Madam,

Unsatisfactory quality of goods

On 2nd January 2011, I bought a microscopes PANASONIC, serial number PS133 at


your company (Rin Tin Tin Company Sdn Bhd) at afternoon on that day.

Unfortunately, your products has not performed well because the apparatus
broke down. I am dissapointed because an apparatus does not work properly,
something was not disclosed clearly or was misrepresented, a glass at microscope was
not clearly, one of apparatus was too slow when to interpret when using and one of
apparatus batteries run out quickly.

To resolve the problem, I spent RM59.00 to have it repaired at Kim’s Repair. I


am disappointed with your apparatus. Because the problem occurs, I should stop my
research study on a temporary basis on issues such of the apparatus.

I would be grateful if you could reimburse my money in full. I look forward to


a favourable reply from you.
