- DRAMA REFLECTION -

All my class-mates have completed the drama

demonstrations this week. In this semester, a variety
of activities were demonstrated. After having the
lesson of drama, I have a different understanding of
English as a foreign language and also teaching it.

Firstly, I see how drama activities works as a student

in the sense of learning a foreign language. I learn lots
of things from my friends’ drama activities, because I
was given the opportunity to play and practise living in
the target language in a funny way, so I learn.

Secondly, as a prospective teacher, this lesson makes a

significant contribution to my teaching process such as
grouping the students effectively, having a sense of
humor, instruction checking, using facial expressions
and gestures effectively, monitoring which is related to
using the classroom space and so on…
