System Name: Volunteer Profiling System

Target Client: XU Central Student Government

Introduction

The Central Student Government of XU constitutes hundreds of volunteers and officers

working in its offices. Such volunteers are either staffs recruited for a single project, or officers
that serve for the whole year. Profiles of all volunteers and officers in the CSG are to be kept for
records and tracking of their previous activities, positions, skills, etc.

Scope and limitation

This system aims to aid the record keeping of pertinent data for each volunteer or
officer. Such data may include basic information of the person, position or positions holding,
activities conducted, and with emphasis, skills.
The XU-CSG emphasized the feature on skills so that other activities wherein they shall
be needing volunteers, they can easily find perspective volunteers.
This system features various search options that the user can use to find specific results
he or she is looking for.
As stated, this system saves information of the officers of XU-CSG for easier retrieval
and future references.
