By days, by years,
that crawl with lies.
Emotions cloud the wicked mind
With pains, with fears,
that make us blind.
The passing hours scream with pain
From age and death,
that we can't feign.

The curtain falls upon the soul

Because of rage and sins,
that take their toll.
