MCHI announces 1st suburban twin property exhibition for Mira-Virar and
Kalyan-Dombivli

 Ô Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI) Mira-Virar
City unit and Kalyan-Dombivli unit today announced a twin property exhibition for the
regions of Mira-Virar and Kalyan-Dombivli respectively. The exhibition will be hosted
between 14th to 16th January in Bhayandar and on 14th to 17th January in Kalyan (W).
The Mira-Virar City expo will be held at Maxus Mall Ground, Bhayandar (W) and
Kalyan-Dombivli unit property expo at Sarvoday Mall, Kalyan (W) between 11 am to 9
pm.

The expo will showcase a wide range of projects across various price points catering
exclusively to the housing needs of prospective homebuyers of these regions. The
recently held MCHI Mira-Virar City draw confirmed the participation of key real estate
developers such as Rustomjee, RNA Corp, Lodha Group, Sanghvi Group, Space
Realty, Ackruti, Ravi Group, Ekta World and many more. All on-going projects to be
showcased will have an Intimationof Disapproval (IOD) and Commencement Certificate
(CC) in order to facilitate transparency in transaction between potential homebuyers and
developers.
