The Regional Joint Director of School Education, YSR District is going

to convene a Divisional level meeting to all the Head Masters of the Govt /
Municipal / ZP / Aided / APRS, APSWRS & KGBV High Schools to improve the
results in ensuing SSC Public Examinations, March 2011. The date of
conduct of meeting will be intimated later.
For the above meeting the Head of institutions are requested to
prepare the following agenda items as shown below.

Review of the results of Half-Yearly Examinations

Identification of week students subject wise

Adoption of week students by Subject Teachers

Organization of Special classes / Study hours / Remedial Classes
before and after school hours.

Completion of Syllabus

School Performance and Teacher Performance

Whether All Subject teachers are available for teaching X class
students

Whether Monthly meeting with the parents of X class students are
being conducted or not

Any other relevant information for improvement of SSC Results.
