STAGING OF ANGIOFIBROMA

1. Fisch staging:-
1-tumor limited to npx/N.C with no bone destruction
2-tumor extended to PMF maxillary, ethomid, sphenoid with bone
destruction
3-tumor invading I.T.F., orbit & parasellar region, remaining lateral to
cavernous sinus
4-massive invasion of cavernous sinus, optic chiasma
region/pituitary fossa

2. Chandler staging:-
1-tumor confined to npx
2-tumor extend to N.C/sphenoid sinus
3-tumor extend into one or more of following-
antrum, ethomid, P.M.F, orbit, cheek
4-I/C extension

3. P.G.I staging:-
1-tumor confined to npx, posterior choana & sphenoid sinus
2-anterior extension into N.C, ethmoids, maxillary antrum, cheek &
medial half of orbit or lateral extension into P.M.F
3-Lateral extension into I.T.F, temporal fossa, cheek & lateral half of
orbit
4-I/C extension
