Main Purpose of Job:-

The main purpose of our job is to check thoroughly every sort of documents which we receive at
daily routine basis and to complete trial balance at month end for financial reporting to the
management.

Tasks/Activities:-
• Checking of Maintenance Bills.

 Recording of Monthly Bills.

 Preparation of Creditors Aging.

 Preparation of Creditors Bills Payments.

 Reconciliation of Vendors.

 Daily preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement.

 Checking of Chauffeurs Payroll Payments.

 Chauffeurs Payroll disbursement.

 Reconciliation of Cash Receipts with CARPRO system cash rentals.

 Preparation of Petty Cash recording and weekly payments.

 Coordination with external auditors during audit.

Qualification/Skills:-

Education:  Master’s of Business Administration

Experience:

• Knowledge of keeping books of account

• Knowledge of bank reconciliation

• Knowledge of reconciliation of vendors’ ledger

• Knowledge of computer applications

Others:

• Interpersonal skills

• Good communication skills

• Organizational behavior

• Good skill in checking documents

• Good skill in solving problem and making decision
