    Transferring Of Royal Palm Founder Membership (Membership # E 006)

    I have been a Founder member of the club for last few years.
    Unfortunately, me and my family have now moved back to the England
    and it is not possible for us to use the facilities of the Royal Palm Club.

    Therefore I am selling my membership, and I am writing to request


    the transfer of my membership to Mr.Muhammad Shafiq , S/o
    Abdul Rasheed ( NIC# 35202-0961964-9).

    Please note that I have paid off all dues and nothing is
    outstanding / payable in my name.
