The details for filling the examination application forms are as under: To, The Candidates whose registration is approved on or before May 2008, and whose course works is not yet completed, are strictly not permitted to apply for this examination. Ph.D/M.Sc.(Engg.) by Research Examination application forms (in triplicate copy) shall be used for the purpose. The Examination application can be downloaded from the website www.vtu.ac.in Candidate shall enclose 2 self-addressed envelopes. UGIPG Examination application forms will not be entertained, The subject titles along with subject codes (as approved at the time of registration) for which the candidate is applying should be clearly indicated in the examination application form. (From each Group Candidate shall Apply for only One Subject) Candidates have to submit their duly filled Examination Application forms (in triplicate copy) along with the requisite fees at their respective Research Centers on or before 25-08-201 The duly filled examination application forms should be attested by the Guide, Head of the Department and the Head of the Institution, where the candidate is carrying out the research work Research centers have to submit the duly filled examination application forms and consolidated statement along with single Demand Draft in favour of "Finance Officer, VTU, Belgaum” for the total amount collected to the office of the Registrar (Evaluation) on or before 27-08-2010. The examinations will be conducted at BNMIT, Bangalore; VTU, Belgaum; VTU, REGIONAL OFFICE, Gulbarga and SJCE, Mysore, The candidates should indicate their choice of the tion center on the examination application forms at old let Course Work Examinations will be conducted as per the following schedule.
