CADD
FDI’s Convention 2010, in Nashville,
TN, marked the official launch of
Citizens Against Distracted Driving,
or CADD. CADD is a separate non-
profit organization that is supported
by the profits of FDI and by contribu-
tions from concerned citizens like
you. CADD is focused on Educa-
tion, Prevention, Victim Advocacy,
and most of all, Solutions to the
distracted driving epidemic that is
destroying families on a daily basis.
CADD launched its initial FDI sup-
ported fund raiser with the sale of
CADD wristbands and keychains.
CADD also announced its first af-
filiate partner, the Driver’s Educa-
tion Foundation of America (DEFA).

DEFA will help transform the
lives of many young individuals
by awarding scholarships that

DEFA’s Vision is:
improve the laws and legislation for driving
skills and training standards on a national
