Civil War Encampment and Re-enactment

Dear Re-Enactor,

You are cordially invited to participate in the Reynoldsburg Civil War Encampment and Re-enactment being held June 24
through June 26, 2011. Attached is a tentative schedule of events and registration form. Re-enactors are encouraged to
arrive on-site Friday Evening, June 24th. If your unit decides to arrive Saturday morning; please be on-site for a 9:15 a.m.
Saturday Morning Officer’s Call. This year we have tentatively planned two battles for Saturday, a tactical on Sunday
Morning and a battle early Sunday afternoon. You are also encouraged to participate in the Rifleman’s Competition and
Military Ball on Saturday. Spouses are encouraged to participate in the Ladies Tea on Saturday. There is a $7.00 per
adult registration fee (age 16 or above) for which the following will be provided:

• Saturday Lunch, Ladies, Tea, Dinner, Military Ball and Sunday Morning Coffee & Donuts,
• Firewood, Water, Sanitary Facilities, and Straw

Please fill out and return the enclosed registration form by June 17, 2011 (postmarked) in order that we can better plan this
event. We would appreciate each registrant fill out a seperate registration form. Late registration after June 17, 2011 is
$10.00 per adult. In regards to artillery and cavalry units; please contact us concerning bounty availability. There is a site
separate from the Civil War Camp-Site available for “non-period” camping. If you have any questions; please contact
