REPORT OF AN INDEPENDENT CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT

I have audited the accompanying Balance sheet of Mayde P. Seco as of

December 31, 2009 and the related income statement for the year then ended. These
financial statements are responsibility of the management. My responsibility is to
express an opinion base on my audit.

I conducted my audit based on the generally accepted auditing standards. Those

standards require that I plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance about
whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement. An audit also includes
assessing the accounting principles used and significant estimates made by management,
as well as evaluating the overall financial statement presentation. I believe my audit
provides for all reasonable bases for my opinion.

In my opinion, the financial statement referred to above present fairly, in all

material aspects, the financial position of Mayde P. Seco, as of December 31, 2009 and
the result of it’s operation for the year ended in conformity with generally accepted
accounting principles.
