FUTURE PERFECT CONTINUOUS

• This tense is used :


~ To denote that action which will begin in future
and will be continuing in future at a particular
time or something will already have happened
before a certain time in the future; as,
i) They will have been preparing for their
examinations for a long time.
ii) The teacher will have been teaching my
children for 5 years next month.
• Rules :
i) ‘will have been’
ii) Present form of the verb + ing
iii) ‘since’ or ‘for’
• FORM:
~ Will + have + been + infinitive ing
• EXAMPLE AFFIRMATIVE:
~ He’ll have been working.
• EXAMPLE NEGATIVE:
~ He won’t have been working.
• EXAMPLE INTERROGATIVE:
~ He have been working?
