In looking at variousexternalfinancial documentsprovidedby Mr. Hart, I determinedthat he

haspaid Federal,Stateand payrolltaxesin additionto thosereportedJuly 27,2010 of
approximately$10,177.07 bringingthe total taxespaid from January,2005to January,201I of
approxirnately $130,256.73duringthe six yearsof informationto which I had access.
