Golden Fried Prawns

Ingredients
8 nos. Prawn-king size
¼ tsp. Ajinomoto (optional)
100 gms. Corn flour
50 gms. Maida
2 nos. Egg whites
½ tsp. Baking powder
¼ tsp. White pepper
2 tsp. Oil
Oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste
Water (approximately) ½ cup
Cooking Instructions
Clean, peel and de vein the prawns keeping the tail intact. In a bowl mix salt,
black pepper and marinate the prawns in this mixture for 20 minutes. Take a bowl
and add corn flour, white flour, egg whites, ajinomoto, baking powder, white pe
pper, water and oil and whip till the mixture thickens and is smooth coating con
