Subject: - Graceful Resignation Due to Some Personal Reason’s

Respected Sir,
It is with regret that I am not willing to continue with your organization due t
o some personal reasons which I don’t feel like discussing or doesn’t require to be
discussed so kindly issue me an experience letter stating my designation and my
time period stayed ,stating so I have an evidence which I can add back to my CV
.
I have been quite happy and content in this position and especially enjoyed work
ing in the client services department at media idée with all the colleagues. Howev
er a growing family means that I should look for a better job particularly in Fi
nance or Human resource which might pay me well and do some sort of justice to m
e and my credentials.
In this situation I have no alternative but to inform you that I am leaving the
company’s employment, I would like to apologize you and all the colleague members
if I did anything wrong and if it might have hurted them. For this I would ever
remain grateful to you.
