Confidence is when you say "yes i can so this job" over confidence is i only can do this

I think this company & post which i applied for suits me & my career skills very much.i also think
this organization is one of the leading companies in ...... field.so i think it would be good for me
if i become a part of this organization to groom myself in this field.

identity and appreciation can highly motivate the employee

I dont think there is any weakness in me that would affect my ability to work.

well money is more important than work..because if u target the value of money
automatically u more concentrate ur work..so money will deside ur work....
