NEED FOR THE STUDY

Relationships are the vitamins of our mental health. Human resource, which is
back bone of any organization, has a vital role in enriching these relationships.
Positive attitude of all employees will make the company to hit the market. The
perfection in job will come only when the employees have the positive attitude
with the organization.

This study is mainly carried to bring out the companies continuous performance
in increasing the morale positive attitude and overall satisfaction of the
employees. The study focuses to find the mental attitude and physical
comfortness of the employees towards the job as well as the organization.

The study ultimately focuses on finding out the cordial relationship between
employer and employee, and to find out the role of the organization in increasing
the employee’s performance and analyze the satisfied level of employees towards
the working condition in the organization.
