Subject: Participation in Mega Trade Fair.

We are conducting a Mega Trade fair “Trendz Tomorrow” during 24th to 27th
February – 2011 at Municipal High School grounds, Anantapur Road, Bellary. We are
erecting 225 stalls (standard & premium) and arranging major entertainment programmes
on all the four days. An estimated crowd of one Lakh from all over the state is expected
to visit the fair. This will be a huge, large scale marketing fair and shall be a big meet of
Buyers & Sellers. This is a golden opportunity for tiny small and medium enterprises to
exhibit their products / services and promote the sales in a big way.

Standard stalls shall be of 10 X 15 feet size. Premium stalls shall be of 15 X 15

feet size and Jumbo stalls will be of 20 X 20 feet size. Standard stalls shall have 1 table, 2
chairs, floor mat and 2 tube lights / 1 plug point. Premium stalls will have 2 tables, 4
chairs, floor mat and 4 tube lights / 2 plug points. The Jumbo stalls will have 3 tables, 6
chairs, floor mat and 6 tube lights / 3 plug points. The Rent shall be Rs: 10,000/- for
Standard stalls, Rs: 20,000/- for Premium stalls and Rs: 30,000/- for Jumbo stalls.

This Trade fair shall be conducted in association with Vijayanagara Srikrishna

Devaraya University, Bellary. The bright & sharp MBA students will assist the exhibitors
to promote their products / services through analysis of market.

We welcome all the Manufacturers / Traders to participate in the marketing fair by

way of sponsoring a stall or an event and reap rich benefits. We request you to kindly
circulate this amongst all the industrial units under your control and advise them to book
the stalls immediately. Allotment of stalls shall be made on first come, first served basis.
