The name given by my parents are Siti Amelia binti Ahmad.

I am the holder
of this identifcation number 891118-14-5654. On 18th of November 1989 I was
born in Hospital Besar Kuala Lumpur on 4.48 o'clock in the evening. This year I am
22 years old. I am the youngest daughter out of my 4 siblings. My father was an
ex-army who weds my mother which is a housemaid. My eldest sister is married
and currently staying in Singapore while my other sister is working in Bukit Aman.

I earned my early education in Tadika Kemas when I was 6. Later, I further

my studies in Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Taman Koperasi Polis Fasa 2 and my
result was quite good in UPSR as I got 2A's and 3B's. Then, my parents sent me to
Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Batu Muda where I studied from form 1 to form 3.
I scored 5A's 3B's in PMR and later I got accepted to Sekolah Menengah Teknik
Selangor Sg. Buloh. Majoring in Electrical Enginnering, I successfully completed
my secondary school with 4A's in SPM.

As soon as I finished my studies, I received an offer letter from UNIKL BMI,

stating that I got the opportunity to further my study in Diploma of Engineering
Technology in Telecommunication. After 3 years of striving and hardworking, I
managed to achieve my Diploma. I am proud to say that all my hard works are
totally paid off.

As for me, Diploma is not the end of my journey to gain knowledge. As

everyone knows, knowledge is a pure power. So, with that desire I wish to pursue
my study to the Degree level. In the same university which is UNIKL BMI, I got an
offer for Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Hons) in Data Communication. This
is a golden opportunity for me and I will not let it down because this the only way I
can prove to everyone that I can emerge successfully doing something that I love
the most. 4.0 CGPA will be my top priority in every semester and as usual I will
strive harder.

I am hoping that MARA will kindly approve my request to apply for the loan
to further my study in UNIKL BMI for 4 years. Surely, I choose MARA because I
have the confidence in them. I hope that my request will be considered to make
