Tablets have been coming out lately with new designs and unique characteristics. Dell
made an impact in The Intel Development Forum 2010 for introducing their hybrid tablet. As the
prototype was shown, it is a tablet device that can surprisingly be converted to a netbook just
simply by opening to the keyboard and literally by twisting the screen from within the frame.

The so called Dell Inspiron Duo runs with a Windows 7 Premium machine and houses a
dual core Intel Atom CPU N550. The hybrid’s got a 10-inch touchscreen and a full QWERTY
keyboard that is exposed when you flip the lid open. It’s just wonderful to be able to swivel and
close the central axis and be able to experience having a device that looks and operates like a
regular tablet.

Dell Inspiron Duo is not only sturdier than any conventional tablet PC’s but it looks
thinner and gives more comfort provided that it has a good size. Though we may get too excited
with regards to the information about Dell’s hybrid tablet, hold back because for now no words
uttered yet about detailed specs and how much it will cost for a purchase. Perhaps, this would be
very soon as the expected release will be on November 23.
