Sub : Submission of Trade Tax/UPVAT reports for depositing the

TAX.

Till the month of June-2010 the UPVAT / Trade Tax and Work
Contract Tax (WCT) was being deposited by the AO-Budget, Circle Office
based on the reports sent by you. It has now been decided by the Competent
Authority that the work relating to deposit of Trade Tax / UPVAT & WCT
alongwith all the returns will be done by the Taxation Cell of this Office
w.e.f. July-2010.
Henceforth , you are requested to submit the reports relating to
above in the prescribed format CAO/TAX/VAT/FORMAT/1 (For Basic
TBL) & CAO/TAX/VAT/ FORMAT/2 (For CMTS TBL) (enclosed) on
monthly basis either along with the TBL or latest by 6th of the each month.
The format has been developed to avoid any discrepancies between the
reports submitted and the bookings in the TBL. All the fields of the format
are mandatory to be filled. Any difference in the reports submitted and
booking in the TBL will be viewed seriously. For any assistance please contact
the AO-Taxation.
The reports are required to be submitted on Fax No.0522-2614178 /
2626339 and email ID caotaxupe@gmail.com . The reports for the month of
April-10 to June-10 in the enclosed format must be submitted by 27.07.10
and your next due date will be 6th August-2010.
