    STAFF DRINKS ARE OFF…STILL!!


    AMBER
    Stock was a shocker this week!

    Coke
    £60 down
    Make sure boxes aren’t leaking when they are been changed. The post mix room
    was flooded with syrup this morning!
    JD
    1.6 bottles/£90 Down
    Watch your pouring, especially on doubles, with JD been a favourite!
    White Sambuca
    1.2 bottles/£106 Down
    Make sure you use a jigger to measure, it’s in your speedrails so its just like
    pouring any other spirit in there.
    Rev Flavas
    9 bottles/£260 Down
    Flavours are measured at 23mls not 25mls so make sure there is a small gap at
    the top of your shot glass when doing them!
    Draught
    70 pints/£210 Down
    Whoever does line clean, makes sure you only pull through what you need to.
    There should only be about 4 pints per pump!
    Eristoff
    4.5 bottles/£200 Down
    Even though its our house pour we shouldn’t be losing this much of it! Watch your
    pouring and make sure all wastage goes down!
    Juices
    £50 Down
    Don’t overfill your pitchers. If someone doesn’t want ice they don’t get any more
    juice, unless they pay. If it’s a massive problem, consult a manager or write it in
    wastage.

    Even though wastage was at £400 there was only Friday and Saturday written
    down.
    Well done on your “P.C” reasons, but please make sure it all gets done.
