Section 2 (Aiding and Abetting) INDICTMENT ‘The Grand Jury charges: 18 U.S.C. §§ 2423 (a) and (e) (Conspiracy to Transport Minors to Engage in Prostitution) Between approximately October 2010 and December 2010, in the District of Connecticutand. elsewhere, THEODORE BRIGGS, also known as “PecJaye,” GIOVANNI VAZQUEZ, also known as “Screech,” and HARRY FRANKLIN, also knownas “Streets” and “Uncle Stacks,” the defendants herein, did knowingly conspire and agree with one another, and with others known and unknown to the Grand Jury, to transport individuals known to the Grand Jury, who had not attained the age of 18 years, that is, Minor Victim #1 and Minor Victim #2, in interstate commerce, with the intent that ‘Minor Victim #1 and Minor Victim #2 engage in prostitution, and in any sexual activity for which any person could be charged with a criminal offense. COUNT TWO 18 USC. § 2423 (a) (Transportation of a Minor to Engage in Prostitution) Frequently between approximately November 2010 and December 2010, in the District of Connecticut and elsewhere, THEODORE BRIGGS, also known as “Peelaye,” and GIOVANNI VAZQUEZ, also known as “Screech,” the defendants herein, did knowingly transport an individual ‘known to the Grand Jury, who had not attained the age of 18 years, that is, Minor Victim #1, in interstate commerce, with the intent that Minor Victim #1 engage in prostitution, and in any sexual ‘ctivity for which any person could be charged with a criminal offense. In violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 2423(a) and 2. COUNT FIVE 1BUS.C. § 2421 (Transportation of a Person to Engage in Prostitution) From approximately November 2010 to December 17, 2010, in the District of Connecticut and elsewhere, THEODORE BRIGGS, also known as “PeeJaye,” and HARRY FRANKLIN, also known as “Streets” and “Uncle Stacks,” the defendants herein, did knowingly transport an individual known to the Grand Jury, that is, Victim #4, in interstate commerce, with the intent that Victim #4 engage in prostitution, and in any sexual activity for which any person could be charged with a criminal offense. In violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 2421 and 2. x 18US.C. § 2421 (Transportation of a Person to Engage in Prostitution) From approximately June 2010 to August 2010, in the District of Connecticutand elsewhere, THEODORE BRIGGS, also known as “PeeJaye,” the defendant herein, did knowingly transport an individual known to the Grand Jury, that is, Victim #5, in interstate commerce, with the intent that Victim #5 engage in prostitution, and in any sexual activity for which any person could be charged with a criminal offense.
