CAN ECONOMY ACHIEVE AN 11% GROWTH RATE?

In an economy, where the GDP has been growing at 7-8%, it’s difficult to believe that growth
can be pushed up to 11%during the next 5 years. Prospects of drought have made people
more sceptical.

A government that is quick to roll back even the smallest unpopular measure at the slightest
