INSTRUCTION TO THE CANDIDATEES

1. In pursuant to advertisement 22214 dated. 10.12.2010 of Director, Secondary

Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar under various categories of posts in Newly
Up- Graded High School under Ganjam Circle during 2010-11, the final
selection list has been made and available with ganjam.nic.in website. The
intimation letters have already been despatched under certificate of posting.
2. As per application for the post under reference they requested to attend the
counseling camp at Govt. Girls High School, Chatrapur by 10.30 A.M. on
05.02.2011 (Saturday) without fail for verification of all the original
certificates/ documents and engagement on counseling basis as Contract
Teacher in Government UG High School of Ganjam Circle.
3. They are instructed to bring the following original Certificates/ documents for
verification failing which they will not be selected for engagement.
4. This intimation should not be construed as final Selection for your engagement.
The undersigned is not responsible for postal delay in delivery of this
intimation.
5. Certificates / documents to be submitted for verification are as follows:
a) Originals of all attested copies of certificates, mark sheets and documents
submitted with the application form (as per advertisement).
b) Voter identity card.
c) Two copies of passport size photographs (attested) as pasted in the
application form.
d) Declaration to the effect that ………………….
“I hereby declare that I have not been engaged as Contract Teacher earlier
against the said post so applied and the documents as submitted by me are
genuine/ valid to be best of my knowledge and belief. Further, if anything
false is detected in my certificates/ documents ay any time in future, I will
be held responsible and will have no objection if any legal action is taken
against me”
6. Non production of above documents debars them from being engaged as
Contract Teachers and these cases will not be entertained in future.
