A DREAM CAR FOR THE


POOR
PROBLEMS
 The main problem was to make the dream car of
Ratan Tata at a low cost.
 The problem of component cost & vendors.

 The another problem they faced during this the violent


protests and opposition by the farmers and some
political parties (Tranimul Congress)
 Increase in the price of raw materials like steel, rubber
& other inputs. The promise of delivering the cars was
expensive increase the cost price of Nano.
BOUNDARY LIMITS
The price of the dream car ‘NANO’
should not be more then Rs 1lakh.
They had to pass through the crash test
and compiled to the auto pollution norms.
LIMITATIONS
Nano has to be of less weight then in
according to the power of the car and
to increase the fuel efficiency.
ASSUMPTIONS
 There will more traffic on the roads with
the coming of the nano because NANO
will replace the two wheelers.
 The other automobiles companies will also
comes with the same idea to garb this
opportunity. This will increase the
competition for NANO.
