RE: NOTICE OF RESIGNATION 

With reference to the above, with much regret, I would like to inform that I am tendering my
resignation as a PROSES TECHNICION(S04694) by giving the company’s one (1) month notice as to
adhere with the contract of employment with effect from. My last working day with the company will be
on 24 November 2010

I have decided to realize my professional and personal goals by accepting a formal offer to study for a
DIPLOMA KEJURUTERAAN ELEKTRONIK (KOMPUTER) in POLITEKNIK SULTAN AZLAN SHAH,
BEHRANG.

My tenure with UNISEM (M) BERHAD has been a memorable experience and the knowledge and
skills acquired are priceless. Therefore, I would like to extend my sincere thank for the support,
guidance, and assistance given to me.
