The wine bottles were used to suggest that the

main character had become depressed and had
turned to alcohol to comfort her. The friend is also
carrying a bottle of wine however when she gets to
the house and sees her friend surrounded by empty
bottles, she hides the bottle she has just brought.
Red gellibaff was used to give the bath the effect of it
having blood in it. When using it however the colour
didn’t achieve the desired effect of being a dark red
instead it was more of a pink colour. In order to solve
the colour issue I will change the colour during editing.
