    Your company deals with construction of new resorts along Port


    Dickson beach. Assuming your company is deciding on a major
    project for the next 10 years, propose a resort and justify why
    qualitative and quantitative reasons are both important to the
    management. Propose on the concept, project value and
    expected return (percentage and payback period) for the next 5
    and 10 years. You are free to use any rate of interest depending
    on your mini research and include all other information you
    deemed necessary for your proposal.
